Before becoming a real estate agent in 1997 with Gauvin Immobilier, I spent 35 years in the communications, advertising and design fields. I therefore have very strong marketing and visual skills. My strengths also lie in the ability to match people with homes. I have an instinctive feel for what buyers will, and will not like.
When I became agent I was determined to bring to my real estate transactions the same level of excellence and integrity for which I was known throughout the marketing and design industry.
My background also provides me with a network of professional, academic and public service sector contacts in Canada and abroad.
My approach to real estate is to give my clients "value-added" service. Many of my buyer clients are transferring to the Gatineau Hills from other parts of Canada and abroad and I provide information and services to facilitate their transition.
For my vendor clients, I provide appropriate marketing packages and my own website, with feature properties. I offer personal, efficient service with discretion and integrity, strong negotiating skills, dedication and commitment.
Buying or selling a house can be complex and stressful for most people. I endeavour, not only to ensure a successful transaction for my clients, but to make the process as anxiety-free and as pleasant as possible.
